1. Processing Time
All orders are made and packed with care.
Standard products

Custom or personalized products

Complex designs may take slightly longer — we will inform you if this is the case

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Packaging & Protection
3D prints are fragile, so we pack them securely with:

Foam padding

Extra reinforcement for delicate parts

6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)
For international orders outside the EU:

Customs, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order:

Check with neighbors, family members, or your building’s reception

Check your mailbox and any safe drop locations

Wait 24 hours – carriers sometimes scan early

If you purchased a pre-order item:
