Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your 3D prints. If you’re not satisfied with a standard product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (subject to the conditions below).


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can return standard products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Covered by this guarantee:

  • All standard products from our collection

  • Products without personalization

  • Items not marked as “sale” or “final sale”


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Undamaged and unused: The product must be in “as new” condition

  • Original packaging (preferred): Not required, but it helps protect the item during transport

  • Within 30 days: You must register your return within 30 days after delivery

  • Proof of purchase: Please provide your order number or invoice

⚠️ 3D prints are fragile!
Please pack the item carefully with bubble wrap or paper to prevent damage during shipment.


3. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Some items cannot be returned under applicable consumer law because they are made specifically for you.

Custom/Personalized 3D prints:

  • Products made based on your own design or specific requirements

  • Items with your name, initials or a personal message

  • Custom colors or sizes outside the standard options

  • Custom-made figurines or sculptures

Other exceptions:

  • Sale items marked as “final sale”

  • Hygienic products (if applicable)

  • Products that, by their nature, are not suitable for return

4. How to Return (Step-by-Step)

Step 1 – Register your return

Send an email to info@3dprinthelper.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Which product(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

Step 2 – Receive return instructions

Within 1–2 business days you will receive:

  • Confirmation of your return

  • The return address

  • A return label if agreed (available on request)

Step 3 – Pack your product securely

Because 3D prints are delicate:

  • Use bubble wrap, foam or crumpled paper

  • Fill empty spaces in the box to prevent movement

  • Add a note with your order number inside the package

Step 4 – Ship your return

Send the package via your preferred shipping provider and keep your Track & Trace code.


5. Return Costs

Who pays the return shipping?

  • Standard return: You pay the return costs (unless we provide you with a return label)

  • Defective or incorrect product: We cover the return costs – contact us for a free return label

  • Damaged during shipping: We arrange free return and a full refund

💡 Tip: Within the Netherlands, return shipping is usually around €4–12 via PostNL.
Always keep your Track & Trace code until your refund is processed.


6. Refund Method & Processing Time

How we process refunds:

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, PayPal)

  • Processing time: Within 5–7 business days after your return has been approved

  • Amount: Full product price. Shipping costs are only refunded if the product was defective or we made an error

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email once your refund has been processed

Please note: It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or card statement, depending on your provider.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Did you receive a damaged or wrong item? We’re sorry about that and will fix it quickly.

What to do:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@3dprinthelper.com

  2. Include clear photos of:

    • The damaged area, or

    • The incorrect product

  3. Mention your order number

Our solution:

  • Free return: We will send you a prepaid return label

  • Fast replacement: We will print and ship a new item with priority (usually within 1–3 business days)

  • Or a full refund: If you prefer your money back instead of a replacement


8. Exchanges (Different Size, Color or Model)

Want to exchange your product for another size, color or model? No problem.

Exchange process:

  1. Email info@3dprinthelper.com with your order number and the product you would like instead

  2. We will confirm availability

  3. Return the original product (see the return steps above)

  4. We will ship the new product once we receive your return

Price difference:

  • If the new product is more expensive, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference

  • If the new product is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
